3 ways we work:
OPTION 1: Monthly CGO Advising

What you receive: Your own Chief Growth Officer (CGO), committed to being your growth partner. Includes regular advising sessions, actionable deliverables, E-advising in-between sessions, and much more. In essence, a contracted confidential CGO, better than a business partner; bringing relevant skill sets, key connection relationships in your market, perspectives, advice and ideas to every area of your growth, personally and organizationally, focusing on issues that keep you up at night.
Investment: Varies. Minimum 12-month commitment
OPTION 2: 121 Power Session
Who it’s for: First-time Entrepreneurs considering a new venture OR CEO’s in their first 6 years of business
What you’ll leave with: 121 minutes that will shift your perspective, stretch you, generate new ideas and dramatically impact your organization.
Investment: TBD
2 step process:
Pre-session “Discovery and Assessment” tool. You’ll fill it out thoroughly and submit to us a minimum of 4 business days prior. We’ll carefully review it, collaborate and come to our session prepared with an agenda as a track to run on for our time together.
The session:
Expect White boards, idea generation, tough challenging questions, and leave with a different perspective for your organization’s challenges, opportunities and future in 121 minutes. You’ll have our undivided attention, passion and commitment to your future.
Easy to Set Up:
Because We work with clients consulting in person in our studios, on site at your location (travel expenses for out-of-market clients not included) or via conference call/video conference.
OPTION 3: Monthly E-Advising
Our group of advisors routinely get calls from people asking for the opportunity to “Pick your brain on a few things”. We love doing that, so this option takes that to another level and formalizes it for you to have an ongoing resource and voice in your growth process.
Who it’s for: Once you’ve worked with us in some capacity, whether in a formal advising session, or a formal engagement where we spoke to a group session or conference you attended, you’ve recognized value in having us as advisors in various capacities in your organization as issues, challenges, and decisions arise.
What you’ll receive: A daily opportunity to share concerns and opportunities with a seasoned advisor, your own personal ‘sounding board’. Regular, timely E-advising replies will shift your perspective, generate new ideas and dramatically impact your organization by bringing seasoned, outside perspective on your decisions daily.
How it works: This E-advising option allows you up to 50 email questions monthly for insight and feedback discussions to help guide you through your decisions and opportunities without the need to stop and schedule a formal meeting. Because we spend time learning you and your objectives, vision and industry during our relationship, we ask that this be a minimum 6-month commitment, since growth and advice issues tend to build upon each other over time. This allows us to invest behind the scenes in researching and learning of opportunities to be most effective at proactively helping you succeed.
